We are pleased to announce that our Nurse Practitioner waitlist is currently open (subject to change) Our NPs provide comprehensive primary and preventive care and are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered services.

*Our physicians are not accepting new patients. This is a waitlist for our Nurse Practitioners only.*

We are not able to accept patients who currently have a practitioner. Kindly refrain from joining the list if you have a provider. We will be confirming this prior to intake. Thank you!

Need a prescription refill?

An appointment is required for all prescriptions (new and refill)

Please book an appointment 3-4 weeks before your medication runs out,
as our practitioners are typically booking this far in advance.

It is your responsibility to keep track of when your medications will run out.

Alternatively you can call your pharmacy for an emergency supply until the next available appointment with your practitioner, please expect your pharmacy to charge a premium for this convenience.
